"I stopped in to shop and the..."
I stopped in to shop and the place was actually kind of a mess. The aisles looked dirty, and there were items scattered around everywhere, so it was hard to find what I needed. I ended up spending way longer than I expected just trying to get through my list.

I waited around all day twice for the delivery, and it still never showed up when it was supposed to. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

"Prices are just okay"
The prices are fine, but I wouldn’t say they’re a great deal. For what you get, even the little things, I feel like the value could be a bit better.

"Support was okay, but a bit slow"
They did help me get things sorted out, but it took longer than I expected. A friend had recommended them to me, so I was hoping for a smoother experience. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just not as quick as I would’ve liked.

"Shows in stock, then it isn’t"
I ordered from mccoys.com because the items I needed were showing as available, so I figured I was good to go and placed the order.

The next day, I got told that half of what I ordered wasn’t actually in stock. This has happened to me more than once now, so it’s hard to chalk it up to just bad luck.
i wish I had read the reviews first because I regret wasting my time with it. If something isn’t available, the website should just say that instead of messing up people’s project plans.

"Wish the service had been better"
They did help me in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I kind of regret not reaching out sooner or maybe trying a different option, because the whole thing felt a bit slow and just okay overall.

"Still kind of waiting on an actual fix"
I had an issue with my order and, it still hasn’t really been fixed. They kept giving me explanations and reasons, but not an actual solution. I don’t know, I just expected someone to actually sort it out instead of going in circles

I checked ahead because I didn’t want to waste a trip, and it said the item was in stock. But when I got there, only about half of what I needed was actually available. Frustrating when they make it seem like you can count on their inventory, then don’t follow through.

"Return was more of a hassle than I expected"
I had to return something I ordered from mccoys.com, the process wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be. The people at the store were nice enough, but the return instructions online were kind of confusing and didn’t make it very clear what I needed to do.
The refund also took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to call just to check what was going on. I did finally get my money back, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be. Has anyone else had this issue with returns from McCoy’s?

"Decent price, but the board quality was hit or miss"
I’ll say the price was reasonable, and the order showed up without any hassle. That said, a few of the boards were warped more than I expected, and I ended up having to sort through way too many pieces to find the usable ones. I was hoping for a little better quality overall. Still, if you’re not too picky or don’t mind doing some sorting, there were a few decent boards in the mix.

"I ordered online thinking it would be quick..."
I ordered online thinking it would be quick and easy, but nope, the whole thing turned into a headache. The updates were painfully slow, the pickup info was weirdly confusing, and I ended up having to call just to find out what was going on. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the website felt useless. I probably won’t bother using it again.
